A friend said, "Look! we are all SO different."
And I said, "Yes, Look! we are all SO the same."
And it is only because we are taught to notice difference, separate and judge. This way of thought quickly becomes a habit and very infrequently do we even think to notice- the same. It is easy to change thoughts that do not serve us- just change the thought and what we look at changes too!
Practice noticing sameness
and
allow humility to bubble forth!
