REAL EYE Z

I tied my shoes and  and began the run.  When I looked up and saw the hill I sighed and a flickering image of 'NO' came to mind, so I said, "hello 'NO' and goodbye to the 'NO' thought," and up the hill I trotted with energy, enthusiasm and vigor.  I thought all the way up how this is life, yep this hill is just like  all lives, so fun, so free so invigorating.  I felt grateful for the realization of gratitude for climbing hills and loving the feeling of an intense, heart beating spiritual experience in a physical body....
