Grass

I walked in the rain, mud, hail, sunshine and grass.  I found puddles and puffy clouds.  I thanked the grass for growing under my boots and the trees for shade.  I thanked the birds for song and green for color.  I found gratitude in   Wolf Spiders and Rattlesnakes.  I am grateful for that which I am not and am, so complete,  yet quite incomplete.  

What a grand day for a cup of hot tea.  

Thank you friends, loveliness & air. 

Gripping

Today I sought balance.  

I found balance.  

After much downward spiraling.  

I am back up breathing, spinning, dancing and singing.  

Thank you people, tall and short for this marvelous journey of life.

I overheard someone talking and put together what they were saying in a way that made sense to me.  I fabricated, elaborated and assumed what the subject of their chatter was.  I chose to react to their words, made up the story further to myself and found I was almost panting and frantic with wanting to ramify and quell their words.  I sat, in anger, despair and grief.  It was brought to my attention I was staring and looked angry and I boasted  that certainly I was feeling this emotion.  I soon learned I assumed in a way that was not serving me and   that the people were actually speaking in a compassionate and loving manner.  SO.............. then I sat in guilt, sadness and sought forgiveness.  It took minutes to grip the complete forgiveness place.  Thank you friends who watched me freak, realize, cry, laugh and freak some more.  Thank you people who were talking for allowing me the opportunity to mind my own business.  Thank you self for this awesome, fun time...... Love Life
